By accessing or using iptvvv, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, subscribers, and resellers.
2. Service Description
iptvvv provides internet-based television streaming (IPTV), including live channels, video-on-demand, and catch-up TV. Channel lineups and availability may change without notice. We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree not to share your subscription beyond your household or beyond the number of licensed device connections in your plan. Sharing may result in termination without refund.
4. Payment Terms
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is due in full before activation. We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) and Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Subscriptions are non-recurring and there are no automatic renewals.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, residential entertainment. You may not use it for commercial redistribution or public display without a separate reseller agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
iptvvv and its content providers retain all intellectual property rights. You may not record, download, or redistribute content without permission from the relevant rights holders.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for third-party content accessible through the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without notice or refund. You may cancel at any time, though no refunds are issued for unused portions except as covered by our Refund Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
iptvvv may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp when possible.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which iptvvv operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.
